Q: What ages do you accept?
A: We accept children as young as 3 (and potty trained) all the way up to 103!
Q: How many times a week can I take classes?
IN PERSON A: During a trial, as many times as you’d like! Most families find a good balance with 2-3 times per week. At our high volume Laveen campus, you may be restricted to 2 times per week depending on the time of year.
VIRTUAL A: As many times as you’d like! An instructor will coordinate 1:1 and private virtual classes with you, though.
Q: How long are the classes?
VIRTUAL A: Class times vary by age. 3-6 year olds have a 20 minute class. 7-12 year olds and teens/adults have a 30 minute class. Classes are offered up to 5x per week with recorded content sent out daily paired with a daily live-streamed class.
IN-PERSON A: Class times vary by age. 3-6 year olds have a 30 minute class. 7-12 year olds have a 45 minute class. Teens and adults have a 1-hour class. Classes are offered up to 5x per week for you to choose from and are listed on this page under each location’s information.
Q: Can I train at more than one location?
A: During a trial, we ask that you remain at one location. When learning something new and becoming acclimated to a new environment, most people (especially children) require consistency in order to be successful. At more advanced stages of training, some students do choose to utilize more than one location.
Q: What kind of martial arts is this?
A: The ATA provides Taekwondo curriculum for dojos all across the nation. It is similar to styles of Karate, which is a more Americanized term.

Q: What is the regular price for your program?
A: The regular price for our program is $125 or $150 per month (dependent on which location and program) A new uniform is $40. A combat trainig stick (beginner gear) is $45.
