How it Works:

— Pick what you’re fundraising for, and your goal amount.

— Set a goal for how many boards you think you can break in just 1 minute.

The average child age 3 to 6 will break 20 boards in a minute. Kids 7—12 can break from 25—80 boards in a minute. Adults can break between 50—125 boards in a minute.

— Mark the Board-Break-A-Thon on your calendar! (scroll down for the dates)

— Ask friends & family to support you by donating.

— Ask your instructor for your online donation print-out each week.

— Track your donations using the Student Tracking sheet.

— Attend the Board Break-A-Thon and SMASH your boards!

— Follow up with everyone that sponsored you to tell them how you did. Collect the money from those that made pledges based on how many boards you would break.

— Use your funds (applied as credit) toward your training goals!
